This lot showcases three of Honig's top growers: the Bartolucci family from St. Helena, the Campbell family from Rutherford and the Rafael family from the Oak Knoll District. Each of their vineyards exemplifies unique characteristics: the dust of Rutherford, the bold fruit and firm tannins of Oak Knoll, and the rich, dark fruit and complexity of St. Helena. The Wine Spectator says that 2009 Cabernet Sauvignons from the Napa Valley are "rich and polished...displaying great structure and finesse."
